  • We primarily serve clients within a 30-mile radius from downtown Pleasant Hill, CA, to ensure prompt and efficient service. However, we understand that some events may fall outside this area, and we're willing to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If your event is located beyond our standard service radius, please contact us to discuss your needs and learn more about how we can help make your event unforgettable. Our team is committed to accommodating your photo booth rental needs and will work with you to explore all possible options.

  • We recommend a space of at least 10x10 feet to comfortably accommodate the photo booth, backdrop, and props area. However, our setups are flexible and can be adjusted to fit into smaller spaces if necessary. A standard power outlet within 30 feet of the setup area is also required.

  • To ensure availability for your event date, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially during peak season (May-September and December). A minimum of 4 weeks' notice is generally recommended, but we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.

  • Yes, guests have the option to receive digital copies of their photos via email or direct download from an online gallery, in addition to physical copies from a high-quality printer. This printer produces vibrant, on-site prints within seconds.

  • Absolutely! Depending on the package and add-ons that you choose, we offer a range of customization options, including photo strip templates, backdrops, and props. We can work with you to match your event’s theme or branding, ensuring a personalized experience that fits your vision perfectly.

  • There is no limit to the number of photos you can take during your rental period. Guests are welcome to use the photo booth as many times as they like to capture as many memories as they want.

  • Yes, all our photo booth rentals include a friendly and experienced attendant who will set up the booth before your event, assist guests with the booth during the event, and take down the booth afterwards. Our attendants ensure everything runs smoothly so you can focus on enjoying your event.

  • Along with on-site printing, all photos will be available in a digital format for 30 days after your event. We provide a secure online gallery that you and your guests can access to view, download, or share photos.

  • We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund. If you booked within 30 days of your event, there are differing policies and you can contact us for full details.
