CheeHoo! Photo Booths provides photo booth rental services for events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and parties. Our service includes the delivery, setup, and operation of photo booths, along with options for digital and physical photo prints, backdrops, and a variety of props.

We primarily serve clients within a 30-mile radius from downtown Pleasant Hill, CA, to ensure prompt and efficient service. However, we understand that some events may fall outside this area, and we're willing to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If your event is located beyond our standard service radius, please contact us to discuss your needs and learn more about how we can help make your event unforgettable. Our team is committed to accommodating your photo booth rental needs and will work with you to explore all possible options.

2. User Obligations

Users must provide a safe and accessible setup location for the photo booth. Users agree not to misuse the photo booth equipment or allow behavior that could damage the equipment or harm individuals.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided as part of the photo booth service, including photographs, designs, and digital files, is the intellectual property of CheeHoo! Photo Booths or its licensors. Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use photographs taken during their event for personal, non-commercial purposes.

By using the services of CheeHoo! Photo Booths, you agree that we may use images taken at your event for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to use on our website, social media platforms, and print advertising, unless you expressly opt-out. To opt-out of having your photographs used for our marketing materials, please indicate your preference in the event questionnaire provided at the time of booking. This opt-out must be communicated to us in writing prior to the event to ensure that no images from your event are used for marketing purposes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing CheeHoo! Photo Booths for your event. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible with our booking and cancellation policies. Below are the details of our cancellation and refund policy:

Booking and Payment:

  • Full payment is required to fully secure a booking for your event.

  • If you prefer not to pay the full amount more than 30 days in advance of your event, you have the option to make a 30% deposit (amount differing on the chosen package) to temporarily hold your date.

  • The remaining balance of your booking is due 14 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled event will qualify for a full refund, including deposits. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to ensure proper documentation and processing.

  • Deposit Loss: If you have only paid the deposit and choose to cancel less than 30 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable to cover the loss of booking for that date.

  • Balance Payment: Should the remaining balance not be paid within 14 days before the event, your booking will be considered cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit.

  • No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event, as we are unlikely to rebook the date on such short notice. All cancellations must be communicated in writing.

Rescheduling:

  • We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Should you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date without additional charges, subject to availability. The option to reschedule is offered once and must be within 6 months of the original event date.

Event Cancellation by CheeHoo! Photo Booths:

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to equipment failure, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date, whichever you prefer.
